Talkdesk might abandon the French market. Teleperformance continues to moderate.

After Twilio, Talkdesk, the American company that provides CCaaS solutions for customer relations, is said to be abandoning and disinvesting in the French market. But Teleperformance will continue its content moderation activity, particularly from Colombia, where a minister's random tweet caused quite a stir.
