New Biz Forum, June 2024. Customer acquisition in digital and omni-channel mode

The first edition of the only forum in France dedicated to customer acquisition: digital, call centres and retail. Malpaso-RCM, the publishing and events organisation company that created ECTFF, the 1st Forum dedicated to the customer experience, in 2013, is announcing the creation of the New Biz Forum on 11 and 12 June 2024 in Montmartre!

 The event will focus on a topical theme: 
- How can we improve customer acquisition, digitally, remotely and in-store?
- Tools, players, regulations, best practices, the impact of AI - the full spectrum of questions and issues specific to customer acquisition will be addressed.
- Two days of meetings and presentations will give participants the opportunity to talk to leading specialists and meet prospects and partners. 
- The opening Master Class will be devoted to the economics of attention.

The forum will be held at the Terrass Hôtel and is open : 
11 June, from 9am to 6pm : free of charge to subscribers of En-Contact magazine who are up to date with their subscription. Lunch on 11 June included.
