The organiser of the Customer Experience Forum, ECTFF, Malpaso-RCM, has decided to sue the French subsidiary of CM.com, headed by Jeroen van Glabbeek, for unpaid invoices and compensation for damages.
“CM.com has been a sponsor of the event for two years and has confirmed its sponsorship renewal on several occasions,” says the ECTFF organiser, “but has never paid the corresponding invoices. It is now claiming that the head office has never signed a contract.”
Pierre Garrigues, our sales director in France, has no authority to commit the company,” says Jeroen van Glabbeek, CEO of CM.com.

A second complainant has decided to sue CM.com for fraud and misleading commercial practices.
